Forms for Collateral
In some situations, we may require real estate collateral to complete the bail bond. Should real estate collateral be required, please fill out these documents.
This form provides the Surety Company, a 3rd-party insurance agency, with permission to take possession of your real estate property until the defendant in question appears in court. As licensed notaries, our bail bond agents will also sign this form.
This document informs the signer that the signer's real estate is being held as collateral.
